1. Agreement to terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AC Texas LLC website, our online booking and contact forms, our text messaging program, and the heating, ventilation and air conditioning services we provide. "AC Texas," "we," "us" and "our" mean AC Texas LLC. "You" and "your" mean the person using our website or services.

By using our website, submitting a form, booking an appointment, opting in to text messages, or authorizing us to perform work, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our services

AC Texas provides residential and commercial HVAC services in Arlington, Pantego and the surrounding Dallas–Fort Worth area, including air conditioning repair, HVAC installation and replacement, heating and heat pump repair, air duct repair, and seasonal maintenance. Service availability, including 24-hour emergency service, depends on technician availability, location, weather and parts supply.

Information on our website is general in nature and is not a diagnosis of your specific system. A technician must inspect your equipment before we can recommend or quote specific work.

3. Estimates & pricing

  • Service call or diagnostic fees, if any, will be disclosed when you book or before the technician begins work.
  • Estimates are based on the conditions observed at the time of inspection. If hidden damage, code requirements or other unforeseen conditions are discovered, we will explain the change and get your approval before doing additional work.
  • Written estimates are valid for the period stated on the estimate. Prices for equipment and parts may change due to manufacturer pricing and availability.
  • Work begins only after you approve it, verbally or in writing.

4. Scheduling & cancellations

Appointment windows are estimates. Emergencies, weather and prior jobs can cause delays, and we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call us at (817) 992-6767 as early as possible. Appointments booked through our online scheduling tool are also subject to that tool's terms.

5. Payment & financing

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. For installations or larger projects, a deposit may be required before equipment is ordered. Accepted payment methods will be listed on your invoice or estimate.

Financing, when available, is provided by a third-party lender (such as EnerBank) and is subject to credit approval and the lender's own terms. AC Texas is not the lender and does not guarantee approval.

6. Discounts

We offer 50% off service calls for veterans and first responders. The discount applies to the service call fee only, not to parts, equipment or repair labor, unless we state otherwise. Please mention your eligibility when booking; we may ask for reasonable verification. Discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise and may be changed or discontinued at any time.

7. Warranties

A warranty is available on our work. The specific coverage and duration for each job will be stated in writing on your invoice, estimate or contract, and that written warranty controls. Manufacturer warranties on equipment and parts are provided by the manufacturer, not by AC Texas, and may require registration and regular maintenance to stay valid.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, power surges, acts of nature, or repairs or modifications made by anyone other than AC Texas.

8. Your responsibilities

  • Provide safe access to your equipment, including attics, closets, roofs and outdoor units, and keep pets secured during service.
  • Ensure an adult (18 or older) authorized to approve work is present, or provide written authorization in advance.
  • Give us accurate information about your property, equipment and the problem you are experiencing.
  • Confirm you own the property or have the owner's permission to have work performed.

The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.
